Scryb Inc. has announced the extension of its private placement financing to November 7, 2024, aiming to raise up to $1,000,000 by issuing up to 40 million units at $0.025 each. The funds will support working capital and general corporate purposes, with each unit including a common share and a purchase warrant for an additional share at $0.05 within eighteen months.
