Scorpio Gold Welcomes New CFO, Amends North Star Deal

Scorpio Gold (TSE:SGN) has released an update.

Scorpio Gold Corporation has announced the appointment of Chris Richards as the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of industry experience from various senior roles in the mining sector. Richards, who also serves as CFO for Silver Bull Resources and Arras Minerals, will replace Alnesh Mohan effective May 8, 2024. Additionally, the company has amended the terms of its North Star Agreement, which pertains to its North Star Gold project in Nevada, modifying the payment schedule for maintaining the option.
