The latest announcement is out from Scilex Holding Company (SCLX).
Scilex Holding Company has enhanced its Board of Directors by appointing Dr. Annu Navani, an accomplished leader in interventional pain and regenerative medicine, as a Class II director and a member of the Commercialization and Transaction Committee. Dr. Navani, with her extensive experience including her role as CEO of Comprehensive Spine and Sports Center, advisor to Le Reve Regenerative Wellness, and Clinical Professor at Stanford, brings valuable expertise to Scilex. In recognition of her new role, she’ll receive an initial stock option grant and will also benefit from a standard indemnity agreement, similar to the company’s other directors.
