TRxADE Health, Inc. has announced a corporate rebranding and will now be known as Scienture Holdings, Inc., with the change taking effect from September 23, 2024. Accompanying the name change, the company’s stock will trade under a new ticker symbol, NASDAQ:SCNX. This rebranding follows the recent all-stock merger between TRxADE and Scienture, LLC, a specialty pharmaceutical company, valued at $103 million. The merger aims to leverage TRxADE’s health services IT assets with Scienture’s specialized pharmaceutical development, enhancing value to healthcare systems and patients.
