Science in Sport, a leading sports nutrition firm, has successfully raised approximately £8.0 million through a placement of over 47 million new shares at 17 pence each. This placement represents about 25.8% of the company’s pre-placement ordinary share capital. Key transactions include significant investments by Lombard Odier Investment Managers, a substantial shareholder, and participation by company executives Daniel Wright and Christopher Welsh.
