Science Group PLC has actively engaged in the stock market by purchasing 10,000 of its own shares, with prices ranging from 485.0 to 490.0 pence per share, on September 4, 2024. The buyback represents a minor 0.02% of the total voting rights, and the acquired shares will be kept in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s total number of ordinary shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 45,342,242.
