Science Group PLC has reported the acquisition of 40,000 of its own shares at an average price of 491.0 pence each, representing 0.09% of the company’s voting rights. These shares will be added to the treasury, following the transaction the total number of shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 45,367,242. The company conducted the share buyback through Liberum Capital Limited as part of its buyback program.
