Science Group PLC has recently bought back 5,026 of its own shares at an average price of 435.0 pence each, a move that reflects the company’s stock repurchase strategy. The acquired shares, which represent a minuscule 0.01% of total voting rights, will be held as treasury shares. Following the buyback, the total number of shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 45,490,405.
