Science Group PLC has announced the buyback of 10,000 of its own shares at an average price of 485.0 pence each, a move that reflects confidence in the company’s value and could potentially signal strength to investors. Following the purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 45,205,242, excluding shares held in treasury.
