Science Group PLC has conducted a buyback of 8,000 of its own shares on August 6, 2024, at an average price of 435.0 pence per share, which will be added to the treasury. This buyback represents a mere 0.02% of the company’s total voting rights, leaving 45,443,405 ordinary shares in circulation excluding treasury shares. Shareholders may use this information to assess changes in their stake in the company.
