Science Group plc has reported the acquisition of 11,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 418.0 pence per share on April 30, 2024, which will be held in treasury. This buyback represents a mere 0.02% of the company’s total voting rights before the purchase. Following the transaction, Science Group’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, totals 45,701,999 shares.
