SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited and Silver Pegasus Investment Limited have announced a proposal for the privatization of SciClone Pharmaceuticals, which includes withdrawing the company’s shares from the stock exchange and a notable change in board lot size, subject to scheme effectiveness. Shareholders have approved the scheme as well as the related rollover arrangements at recent court and extraordinary general meetings. The expected delisting is slated for July 5, 2024, with a change in board lot size taking effect from July 3, 2024.
