SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited announces the retirement of non-executive Director Ms. Wang Haixia, who will not seek re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting due to personal work commitments. The Board has expressed gratitude for Ms. Wang’s contributions during her tenure. Consequently, Ordinary Resolution No.2(c) concerning her re-election has been withdrawn from the meeting’s agenda.
