SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Limited, along with Silver Pegasus Investment Limited, has effectively completed its privatization plan through a scheme of arrangement, as per the sanction by the Grand Court. The privatization resulted in the proposed withdrawal of the company’s listing. Furthermore, the company has achieved full acceptance of its Option Offer, with all outstanding share options tendered as of the closing date.
