Schrole Group Ltd is on track to be acquired by TES Aus Global Pty Ltd, following the Western Australia Supreme Court’s approval to dispatch the Scheme booklet and convene a shareholder meeting to vote on the acquisition. The Scheme has been deemed fair and reasonable by an independent expert, with Schrole’s Directors recommending shareholders vote in favor, barring a better offer. Shareholders will decide on the proposed acquisition at a meeting scheduled for September 16, 2024, with a final court hearing to follow on September 19, 2024.
