Schrole Group Ltd has registered its Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, paving the way for a shareholder meeting to vote on the proposed Scheme. The booklet, which includes a notice for the upcoming meeting and an independent expert’s report, is now available to shareholders. The critical Scheme Meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2024, where shareholders will decide on the Scheme’s future.
