Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 10.5 pence each, a move that will lead to the cancellation of these shares. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital now stands at 823,080,026 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. This buyback may impact shareholders’ notification requirements under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
