Schroders Executives Buy Shares Under Incentive Plan

Schroders (SDR) (GB:SDR) has released an update.

Schroders PLC has announced the purchase of shares under the Company’s Share Incentive Plan by two key management personnel, Group Chief Executive Peter Harrison and Chief Financial Officer Richard Oldfield. The transactions involved the acquisition of ordinary shares at a price of £3.7285 each, on the London Stock Exchange. These purchases are part of routine monthly non-discretionary buying for individuals with managerial responsibilities.
