Schroders PLC has announced that Peter Harrison will retire as CEO in 2025 after eight years of transformative leadership, during which assets under management more than doubled to over £750bn. The company is initiating a comprehensive search for Harrison’s successor to ensure a smooth transition while he remains on the board. Under Harrison’s vision, Schroders has become a global powerhouse in asset management and UK wealth management.
