Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 10.55 pence each for cancellation, impacting the total issued share capital and voting rights, which now stand at 823,200,026. Shareholders may use this new total to assess any changes in their stake in the company in accordance with regulatory rules.
