Schroder UK Public Private Trust (GB:INOV) has released an update.
Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 120,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 10.35 pence each. As a result, the total issued share capital now stands at 822,960,026 shares, with no shares remaining in treasury. This action could impact shareholders’ notification requirements under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
