Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 11.25 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. This buyback leaves the company with an issued share capital of 825,120,026 ordinary shares. Shareholders can use this new total to assess changes in their ownership percentage in compliance with regulatory requirements.
