Schroder British Opportunities Trust plc has announced upcoming board changes, with Justin Ward and Jemma Bruton joining as independent non-executive directors from July 1, 2024. Ward, a private equity specialist and Chartered Accountant, will take over as Chairman after the AGM on September 18, succeeding Neil England. Bruton brings a wealth of experience from Goldman Sachs and venture investing, enhancing the Board’s expertise in high-growth private equity-backed businesses.
