Schroder British Opportunities Trust Plc successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting with shareholders decisively passing all resolutions, including the approval of the Annual Report, remuneration policies, and the re-election of board members. The resolutions received overwhelming support, with approval rates exceeding 99% for most items. Special resolutions regarding the disapplication of pre-emption rights, the authority to purchase own shares, and the holding of general meetings with a reduced notice period were also passed and will be filed accordingly.
