Schroder UK Public Private Trust has announced the purchase and cancellation of 120,000 of its own shares at 10.66 pence each, affecting the total issued share capital which now stands at 824,400,026 ordinary shares. This action provides a new denominator for shareholders to use in calculating their percentage holdings and notification thresholds.
