The Schroder UK Public Private Trust has announced the buyback of 120,000 shares at 10.98 pence each, which will subsequently be cancelled. This transaction has altered the company’s issued share capital, now standing at 823,560,026 ordinary shares, with the same number of voting rights and zero shares in treasury. Shareholders can use this updated share figure to assess changes in their ownership percentage as per regulatory requirements.
