Schroder Capital Global Innovation Trust plc has bought back 120,000 of its own shares at 10.7 pence each, which will be cancelled, adjusting the total issued share capital to 824,520,026 ordinary shares. This action affects the total number of voting rights and serves as a reference point for shareholders to report changes in their stake as per regulatory requirements.
