Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a fourth interim dividend of 0.853 pence per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Shareholders on record by June 14 will receive the payment on June 28, with the ex-dividend date set for June 13. This dividend is classified entirely as an interim property income distribution.
