Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend for the year ending September 30, 2024, at 1.48 euro cents per share. UK shareholders will receive dividends in sterling at an exchange rate of 0.83990, amounting to 1.24305 pence per share, unless they have opted for a currency election by the deadline. The dividend will be distributed on August 12, 2024, to those on the register as of July 12, 2024.
