Schroder Corrects Shareholding in Fletcher Building

Fletcher Building Limited (FRCEF) has released an update.

Schroder Investment Management Australia Ltd has corrected a previously reported shareholding in Fletcher Building Limited, stating their actual voting power is 7.80% rather than the previously reported 10.24%. The correction follows a purchase of 24,102,160 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $63,870,724. An updated notification has been filed to reflect this change in their substantial holding.
