Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc has bolstered its treasury by acquiring 35,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 88 pence each. This strategic buyback affects the company’s total issued share capital, which now stands at 85,316,586 ordinary shares, and leaves them with 82,633,175 shares with voting rights.
