Schibsted ASA has announced immediate changes to its Board following the sale of its news media operations to Blommenholm Industrier AS, resulting in the resignation of four employee representatives who were part of the transferred entities. Deputy employee representative Henning Spjelkavik has been promoted, with Kamilla Wehrmann, Yevgeniya Nättilä, Jan Svenningsen, Sarah Blystad, and Karl Ewaldh elected as new employee and deputy employee representatives.
