Schaffer Corporation Ltd has announced that Director David Jacob Schwartz has increased his indirect shareholding through on-market trades, acquiring a total of 6,782 ordinary shares for $148,922. Following the transactions, the total number of securities held by Schwartz’s associated registered holder is now 695,334 shares. These transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
