Scentre Group has announced that there has been no change in the relevant interest of director Mr. Elliott Rusanow’s securities in the company, despite a transfer of securities from his direct holding to his family trust. The adjustment in holdings reflects a shift of 745,935 securities to the Tellammy Family Trust, where Mr. Rusanow is a trustee. This internal reorganization of assets has been officially released by the company secretary.
