SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Huang Youquan as a non-executive Director and Audit Committee member, effective from 29 August 2024, to focus on other business commitments. The company assured there are no disagreements or undisclosed issues related to his departure, and showed appreciation for Mr. Huang’s contributions. Concurrently, Mr. Ding Zuyu will join the Audit Committee, maintaining its three-member structure.
