ScanSource, Inc. conducted its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on January 25, 2024, with 93.55% of shares represented by proxies. Shareholders approved the election of an eight-member board of directors, with each nominee receiving a majority of votes. Additionally, they endorsed the compensation of the company’s named executive officers and ratified Grant Thornton LLP as the independent auditors for fiscal 2024.
