Scandium Canada Ltd. has successfully closed the second tranche of its non-brokered flow-through private placement and the first tranche of its non-brokered common shares offering, raising a total of $119,500. The proceeds from these offerings will primarily fund exploration work in 2025 and cover general administrative expenses, with strict allocations ensuring no more than 10% is used for any particular purpose.
