Scancell Holdings plc has expanded its share capital with the issuance of 620,000 new ordinary shares at £0.001 each, following the exercise of options under the company’s plan, bringing the total number of shares to 929,599,977. Shareholders can use this new total to assess changes in their shareholding as per financial regulations. Additionally, the company’s Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker has undergone a name change to Panmure Liberum Limited due to a corporate merger.
