Sayona Mining Director’s Holdings Unchanged

Sayona Mining (AU:SYA) has released an update.

Sayona Mining Limited has announced a change in Director Paul Anthony Crawford’s interests, reporting the expiry of 10,000,000 unlisted options resulting in no change to his holding of 166,526,303 ordinary shares. The update adheres to listing rule 3.19A.2 and section 205G of the Corporations Act. The event did not take place during a closed period, hence no prior clearance was needed for the transaction.
