Savills lifts profits and dividend as diversified real estate platform powers 2025 rebound

The latest announcement is out from Savills ( (GB:SVS) ).

Savills reported a resilient 2025 performance, with revenue up 6% to £2.6bn and underlying profit before tax rising 11% to £145.3m, driven by growth across all business lines and regions. The company’s less transactional businesses, notably consultancy and investment management, delivered double-digit profit increases that supported stronger cash generation and an 11.9% uplift in the total dividend.

Transactional profit rose 13% despite mid-year market headwinds, as deferred deals and improved sentiment produced the strongest fourth quarter for the advisory arm since 2019. Management completed CEO and CFO succession, advanced restructuring in Germany and mainland China, and brought Continental Europe and the Middle East to break-even, reinforcing Savills’ strategic focus on margin improvement, disciplined capital allocation and sustained shareholder returns.

Global commercial property investment increased 15% in 2025, led by a 20% rebound in the U.S., while EMEA and parts of Asia-Pacific saw a late-year recovery amid tariffs and geopolitical uncertainty. In the UK, Savills benefited from modest growth in commercial investment and a late surge in prime residential completions after political and tax uncertainty eased, underpinning the group’s expectation of further improvement in 2026 transaction advisory profitability and continued growth in its recurring-revenue service lines.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:SVS) stock is a Hold with a £1161.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Savills stock, see the GB:SVS Stock Forecast page.
