Saville Resources Inc. has announced the acquisition of all issued and outstanding securities of 1398827 B.C. Ltd., with plans to assume exploration of the latter’s Hornby Property in Nunavut, Canada. This strategic move will expand the company’s property portfolio and allow them to further assess the site’s development potential. The transaction will be finalized subject to customary closing conditions and necessary approvals.
