Saville Resources Inc. has announced an expansion of its non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1,000,000 by offering 20,000,000 units at $0.05 each. Each unit includes a common share and a half warrant, which can be exercised at $0.075 per share within 12 months. The proceeds are intended for general corporate and working capital purposes, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
