Savannah Resources has announced the implementation of a new Equity Incentive Plan designed to align the interests of its executive leadership and key individuals with long-term shareholder value while preserving cash in the short term. This plan replaces the previous Long Term Incentive Plan and includes both long-term and short-term incentive components, allowing for up to 7.5% of the company’s issued share capital to be allocated to employees. The plan aims to incentivize participants to achieve key project milestones and attract and retain talent as the company progresses towards production at the Barroso Lithium Project.
