Savannah Resources PLC, the developer of Europe’s largest spodumene lithium deposit, has announced that Grupo Lusiaves SGPS, S.A. has acquired a significant shareholding, crossing the threshold on August 15, 2024. This milestone indicates increasing investor confidence as the company progresses towards lithium production, which is slated to begin in 2026, in line with the European Commission’s goals for local lithium production.
