Savannah Resources Plc, the sole developer of Europe’s largest spodumene lithium project in Portugal, has announced a significant shift in its shareholding structure following a strategic investment by AMG Critical Materials N.V. The investment has resulted in a change in the total voting rights, with Slipstream Resources International Pty Ltd notifying a decrease from 8.10% to 6.82%. This partnership with AMG aligns with Savannah’s commitment to responsible development and contributes towards the European Commission’s goal for local lithium production.
