Savannah Resources (GB:SAV) has released an update.
Savannah Resources PLC announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, further solidifying its position as a key player in Europe’s lithium market. The company, which owns the largest known lithium spodumene resource in Europe, is advancing its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal with production expected to begin in 2026. Additionally, a strategic partnership with AMG Critical Materials N.V. includes a significant investment and spodumene offtake agreement, propelling Savannah towards its Final Investment Decision for the project.
