Savannah Goldfields Optimizes Coal Project Sale

Laneway Resources Ltd. (AU:SVG) has released an update.

Savannah Goldfields Ltd has amended the sale terms of its Ashford Coking Coal Project to Clara Resources, advancing $800,000 in payments and increasing the total consideration by $200,000. The revised deal includes upfront and deferred cash payments, Clara ordinary shares, and a retained royalty interest, enhancing value for shareholders who will also benefit from Savannah’s sharpened focus on gold mining and exploration in North Queensland.
