Savannah Goldfields Limited has increased its stake in Clara Resources Australia Limited, growing its voting power from 14.78% to 19.50% by acquiring 11,100,000 ordinary shares. This change in shareholding occurred on the 3rd of May, 2024, as a result of the acquisition of Renison Coal Pty Ltd. Savannah Goldfields Limited now holds a total of 39,033,574 ordinary shares in Clara Resources.
