Saturn Metals Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 15, 2024, at the Country Women’s Association of WA in West Perth. Shareholders are invited to vote on the ratification of previously issued shares from February and two tranches from July, as well as approve the issue of a new set of shares as detailed in the Explanatory Memorandum.
