SATO Technologies Corp., a Bitcoin computing firm, has announced the termination of its consulting agreement with MTI Conseils Inc., effective May 24, 2024. The services provided by MTI, including COO services by Ms. Fanny Philip, will now be managed internally under CFO Kyle Appelby’s supervision. SATO’s Chairman and CEO expressed gratitude to MTI Conseils Inc. for their past service to the company.
